LANGUAGE USE: Major weaknesses in grammar that cause the reader significant distraction; frequent errors of negation, agreement, tense, number, gender, word order, articles, pronouns, prepositions and/or fragments, run-ons, incomplete sentences; meaning is confused or obscured.

MECHANICS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Frequent errors of spelling, punctuation, capitalization, paragraphing, and accent marks; paper is far too short; paper received very late.
