My favorite cuisine is Ethiopian. Sadly, there are no Ethiopian restaurants here in Williamsburg. No problem -- I'm learning to make it myself! The hardest part is the injera (a flat sour bread made from fermented teff), but after much experimentation I think I've finally perfected it. Pictured here are some of my more successful attempts. Yum!
