For the trans community & its researchers: Resources on gender and the voice & on doing research with trans communities A basic resource: Shelagh Davies and Joshua Goldberg at the Transgender Health Program in Vancouver, BC have written an accessible guide to voice feminization/masculinization. The same authors have a more technical guide to speech feminization/masculinization for speech therapists and others who want to get into the detailed information that went into the shorter pamphlet above. The Association for Gender Research, Education, Academia, and Action (AGREAA) maintains the Trans-Academics website, which features a reference library (containing academic work relevant to trans issues), listings of trans studies programs, and other resources.
